During OWAW, Aquaman and the city of Poseidonis were transported, randomly, to what could have been anywhere in the galaxy. Luckily, the ended up in a peaceful world. But this world of Sapra has attained Peace through Unity. So when a foreign government shows up, they're less than happy. And Aquaman is given an ultimatum: Assimilate or be annihalated. And with everyone pulling him in different directions, Aquaman is forced to choose, alone, between the death of Atlanteans, and the Death of Atlantis. |
