BLADE
The world's deadliest vampire slayer. His mother was killed by Deacon Frost as she was giving birth to him. He has a sensitivity to vampires and cannot be turned. He is deadly accurate with his weapon of choice, teak daggers.

DRACULA
Known as Vlad the Impaler in his homeland of Wallachia. He fought against the Turk to protect his homeland until being turned into a vampire. Soon after, Varnae bequeathed the Lordship of Vampires to him. He was almost destroyed in the late 19th century, but he survived. He was seemingly destroyed by the Montesi Formula, but he returned again to the plague the world, although he is no longer the Lord of Vampires.

JANUS
Janus is the son of Dracula and the human Domini. In the 1970s, the newborn was possessed by an angelic spirit into a golden-skinned adult and fought against Dracula. After Dracula's death at the hands of Quincy Harker, Janus was returned to a normal human state. Years later, he was kidnapped by Varnae. He has once again resumed his angelic form.

DOMINI
Domini was a member of a Satanic cult that was taken over by Dracula. She married the Lord of Vampires and, through mystic means, was able to bear his child, Janus.

BIBLE JOHN CARIK
Bible John is the caretaker of the Chiaroscuro, the headquarters of a small group of mystic warriors called the Cathari. He has been assisting Blade in his battle against the vampire menace.
